1.  Provide a valid email address and country.
2.  You do not have to have a website to join. If you do, however, please when, or soon after you join, place a code on your webpage linking back to this site. If the code is not appropriately placed when I check, but you have followed all the other rules, I will list your name but not url.
3.  If your site is of a questionable nature and features material which is hateful, homophobic, racist, pornographic, violent or in any other way demeaning I will not list it, but your name may remain on the fan list.
